MANO Fine Art presents Made in the U.S.A.

  ”Made in the U.S.A.”, a multimedia group exhibition. Featuring: Atlas, Toa Castallanos, Billy M. Duffo, Daniel Garcia, Antonio Guerrero, Vince Herrera-(Bad Panda), Richard Kurtz, Lopez-Ramos, MANO, Tony Mendoza, Aurora Molina, Janet M. Muller, George Rodez, Cesar Santalo, Patricia Sowers and Derek Wilson.

The exhibition examines shifting boundaries between the origins of creativity and American ingenuity. Sixteen artists with ties to South Florida; collectively create an interpretive, visual perspective for viewers to reflect on what it means to be “made” in the U.S.A., a question that resonates even more poignantly in today’s environment. The work ranges from figurative abstraction to sculptural hybrids of repurposed objects and two-dimensional work to video and performance art. This exhibition will be presented in two parts with the first opening on Saturday, July 16, and the second on August 20. Artist’s talks will also be scheduled in conjunction with the exhibit. MANO Fine Art Project Space MANO Fine Art Project Space is the working studio of Miami-based artist MANO and an exhibition and project space for art related events.

MANO Fine Art participates in the Bird Road Art Walk, on the third Saturday of each month.

Bird Road Art Walk (Recently Ranked Miami’s Best Art Walk by Miami New Times) is held on the third Saturday of each month from 7:00 – 10:00 pm. Located just off of the Palmetto Expressway and Bird Road, visitors will find a thriving community of more than 30 artists’ studios, art galleries, art schools and live stage. During the monthly art walk visitors have the opportunity to meet the artists and visit their studios, which are not normally open to the public.
